Padre Martín Scott conducted a Lenten Mission at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church  Monday, March 5th 2018 through Wednesday, March 7th. The mission included inspirational talks in both English and Spanish, and then concluded with a powerful Benediction and Healing Service following the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. The talks are available for sale on CD (see below).

Padre Martín also concelebrated the Blessed Sacrament weekend Masses prior to the mission and delivered moving Homilies to the congregation. We are grateful to Father Chris Munoz and Father Mesa for offering this special mission to the Blessed Sacrament parishioners and the San Antonio Catholic community.

Padre Martín also joined Father Ed Hauf as guests on Rise and Walk with Richard Reyna on Monday, 5 March. It was a compelling program about growing in holiness during Lent. The radio program is available on the Guadalupe Radio Podcast. For more information visit grnonline.com.

Padre Martin Scott

Padre Martín Scott visited St. Monica's Parish in Converse, TX from June 11th to June 14th beginning with inspirational talks in English and then Spanish on Living in the Heart of Our Lord's Divine Mercy. One of the key themes throughout the visit was explaining how we as humans are unable to grasp how incredibly strong and rich our Lord's love is for us. He emphasized that all The Lord wants to do is love us. It doesn't matter how often or how badly we mess things up in our lives. The Lord always always always is faithful to us. CDs of the two talks (English and Spanish) are available. Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. On Friday, June 13th, Padre Martín celebrated a Holy Mass with a Benediction and Healing Service. The healing portion lasted well into the night as the people lined up along the altar to have Padre Martín pray over them individually or as families. It was an amazing, holy event.

The visit to St. Monica Parish ended with a Couples Mini-Retreat on Saturday morning, June 14th. Padre Martín began with a talk that covered many things from how to better love, cherish, and value each other to how Satan tries his best to attack and destroy the family. He emphasized that we need to arm ourselves against these attacks by praying together often, both as couples and as families.

Padre Martín Scott visited several parishes in Maryland from March 22nd to March 27th, 2014. He started his visit with a day-long retreat conducted in Spanish at the Mother of God Community in Gaithersburg. Following this inspirational event, he conducted healing Masses at local parishes.

The healing Masses began at the Shrine of St. Jude in Rockville on March 24th. The following night Padre Martín was hosted by Our Lady Help of Christians in Waldorf. On Wednesday, March 26th a healing Mass was held at Jesus the Good Shepherd in Owings. He was then blessed to be at St. John the Evangelist in Silver Spring on March 27th. Padre's final event for this trip was a healing Mass at The Shrine of the Sacred Heart in Washington, DC.

As is customary for Padre Martin's healing Mass and services, the sacrament of reconciliation was offered in the hour before the Mass. Padre Martín always emphasizes that Jesus is the healer of body and soul, and an honest confession is the beginning of the healing process.
